The apartments

At Studiegången 3 and 4, there are single rooms of 19 square meters with a kitchenette, with access to shared group kitchens but also apartments from 2 and 3 rok of about 60 square meters to smaller 2 rok of about 40 square meters. We can also offer a number of 4 rok of 100 square meters for you who want to share or to families. Some ground floor apartments have their own patio while others have access to a larger balcony. Move in info

Internet
SGSNET broadband is included in the rent. Information about your Internet connection (how to register and configure) can be found under Internet / Guides. Remember that when you register, the customer number that is on your rental agreement you must use.

Barriers, parking
When moving in and out by car, we ask you to contact SGS Customer Servicer in advance for a booth opening. Even if you need to come in by car at other times, contact SGS Customer Service. Parking inside our areas is not allowed.

Storehouse
There is a basement space for each family apartment. Storage for the small apartments in houses 3 and 4 is shared by two tenants. Unfortunately, we have no additional storage options for furniture in addition to the basement storage that belongs to your home.

Stroller room
In some houses with family apartments there is a smaller pram room. These are intended for prams only.

Bicycles may not be parked here.

Shared hobby rooms
• "Green room". Basement floor in house 3.
• Weaving room with several looms. House 8.
• Ceramic workshop. House 8, above the laundry room.
• Carpentry workshop and painting room. House 15, ground floor.
• Painting studio. House 11, at the top.

Laundry rooms
Laundry rooms are located in houses 3, 4, 5B, 8 and 18.

Electricity
Electricity is included in the rent.

TV
Tele2 is responsible for cable TV, phone 90 222.

Contact committee
At Rosendal, there is a Contact Committee that aims to safeguard the tenants' interests and create a good collaboration with SGS Student Housing in matters concerning housing. KK's board is appointed for a period of one year at a general tenant meeting every year where all residents have the right to attend and vote. Contact information can be found on the notice board in the stairwell.
